Remember to back up your material for protection and bring both copies along with you to the presentation site

Utilize the bullet feature in Powerpoint, this will keep it short and neat
Charts, Graphs, and Pictures
These all are a great ways to increase retention of the message, but be careful how you use them

Handouts allow you to provide more detailed information than you would put on a slide. They give your audience something to take away for your presentation, to review later.
Leave room for note taking on PowerPoint slides
Print them in the outline preference with three slides to a page
Make the handout appealing to the eye with a professional quality and design
Avoid clutter
