Questions with no answers
There are often times when the learner will ask a question that the presenter does not know the answer to. Do not panic, and more importantly, do not make up an answer
Be honest
Let them know why you do not know the answer to the question asked
Ask for their contact information so as soon as you have the answer to the question, you can contact them and let them know
When the audience does not pay attention
As the presenter, you may notice the audience not paying attention and engaging in other activities such as reading other material, writing, or talking amongst themselves
Gain their attention back by asking a question and asking for a response
Give them a quick break or time to stretch so they can tune in with full attention to the program when they return
